On June 16, 2014, The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 17/2014/TT-BCT on annulling the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products.
Specifically, To annul the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products; Businessmen import some steel products in accordance with regulations prescribed at Clause 1 of this Article to make the custom procedures with current regulations.
This Circular takes effect on the signing date.
